Refund policy

We understand that sometimes customers may not be satisfied with their purchase of downloadable products from our website. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will do our best to resolve any issues that arise.

If you are not completely satisfied with your downloadable product purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please email us at support@streamkarts.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process the refund within 7 business days.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for any downloadable products that have been downloaded more than once or for any products that have been accessed for more than 24 hours. Once a downloadable product has been accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

We also cannot offer refunds for any downloadable products that have been customized or modified in any way, or for any products that have been damaged or lost due to user error.
